Who can use the platform?
The platform is designed for eyewear industry professionals including CAD designers, material designers, project managers, clients, and manufacturing teams. Each role has specific features and permissions tailored to their needs.
What file formats are supported?
We support a wide range of 3D file formats including GLB, GLTF, OBJ, STL, FBX, and STEP. For 2D files, we support common image formats (PNG, JPG, SVG) and CAD drawings (DWG, DXF).
Can I view 3D models in the browser?
Yes! Our advanced 3D viewer allows you to interact with models directly in your browser. You can rotate, zoom, pan, and add comments with 3D markers. No additional software installation required.
Can I collaborate with external clients?
Absolutely! You can invite clients to specific projects with controlled access. Clients can view designs, add comments, and approve deliverables without accessing your entire workspace.

Is there a mobile app?
Currently, we offer a responsive web application that works on mobile devices. Native iOS and Android apps are planned and coming soon. You can check our roadmap for more details.
What is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and how do I create one?
An RFQ is a formal request sent to manufacturers asking them to submit pricing for your project. When creating an RFQ, you specify the product details, materials, quantities, quality standards, timeline, and attach any relevant design files or 3D models. The platform guides you through each step.
